Elmar E. Dornberger, LPC, MFA, MA Psych. is the founder of Hemisphere Consulting in Boulder, CO, and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Alliance of
Systemic Constellation Work. He has facilitated Family and Systemic Constellations for over a decade, and been a presenter at the 2005, 2007, and
2011 US Conference of Systemic Constellations. He currently has a private consulting and therapy practice, and teaches a one year constellation
facilitator-training program in Boulder, CO.
Prior to becoming a therapist and facilitator, Elmar spent over 20 years as the Creative Director for several Fortune 500 companies, creating many
name brands and products, streamlining processes, restructuring departments, and supervising as many as 40 employees. Facing any and all challenges
that the corporate world presents Elmar became interested in understanding what makes humans tick, thus starting his journey into the field of human
dynamics.
Elmar holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Visual Communications, and a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. He is a Master
Practitioner in NLP, and a Certified Hypnotherapist.
